We are truly honored to celebrate this special day with our family and friends. To help make your experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible, we’ve gathered answers to some common questions below. When will the wedding take place?
Our ceremony will be held on May 16, 2026 at 5pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive at 4:30 pm to be seated before the procession begins.
Where is the venue located?
The celebration will take place at Tahoe Ridge Resort. For those not staying on property complimentary parking is available in the lower parking lot. The hotel provides a shuttle service to conveniently drop guests at the main entrance.
Will the ceremony take place indoors or outdoors?
The wedding ceremony will be conducted outdoors on the property grounds. Guests are kindly advised to prepare for seasonal weather conditions and may wish to bring items such as sunglasses, or light wraps to ensure comfort during the event.
May I bring a guest?
Due to limited seating, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
What is the suggested attire?
We kindly request semi-formal attire. For women, this means cocktail-length dresses, midi dresses, or chic jumpsuits. For men, suits or blazers with dress pants are appropriate (ties optional). Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, and baseball caps.
Will dinner and refreshments be served?
Yes. Guests will enjoy a full reception indoors with dinner, beverages, and dessert following the ceremony. Kindly note any dietary restrictions when submitting your RSVP.
May I take photographs during the ceremony?
We respectfully request that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so that our photographer may capture the moment. You are welcome to take photos during the reception.
Are there accommodations nearby?
We have reserved a block of rooms at Tahoe Ridge Resort. Guests may visit the Travel section of our website to access the link and receive the group rate. Additional lodging options are available throughout the surrounding area for those who prefer alternative accommodations. Should you encounter any difficulties with booking, please contact Daniella or Ray for assistance.
Are the accommodations equipped with air conditioning?
The hotel does not provide air conditioning. However, each room is equipped with a box fan to assist with cooling, and windows may be opened to a limited extent for fresh air circulation. For added comfort, guests who are driving may wish to bring an additional fan.
Will there be a chance to visit with you after the wedding?
We’ll be opening our door the morning after the wedding for anyone who’d like to stop by! Come as you are, grab a cup of coffee, and let’s catch up before everyone heads home.
